Converting Traffic

Now that you have traffic coming to your site, you need to focus on converting those visitors into sales. You should start with an engaging landing page. This will be the first thing your customer sees and if you don't grab their attention right away, it is unlikely that they will proceed any deeper into your website.


Writing a great headline is a good place to start. Your headline should showcase the benefit that you are offering, and your guests should be able to tell instantly what they are gaining from your service.


For example if you are selling a fitness product, the first thing your guest should see is a headline explaining the goal of the product.any companies opt for headlines such as “The fastest way to get a six pack.” This shows the end goal and entices you with the value proposition of doing it quickly. A sales funnel is the digital salesperson we have been talking about. It is essentially a fully automated selling machine, and works a lot like a funnel does in real life. You create awareness at the top, next you provide details that gain interest(personal stories, case studies, social proof, etc…), next is the decision phase where you need to convince your customer that they need your service/product. Most funnels accomplish this through strong sales copy, webinars, videos and ultimately an irresistible offer. If you have gotten your customer this far through the funnel then they have invested a lot of time and will more than likely become a customer.
